About Corvina Negra

The black corvina is the largest corvina in the Argentine Sea, and its large specimens are coveted trophies in coastal fishing. It has a tall body, short beaks below the jaw, and strong teeth in the throat that it uses to crush mollusks and crustaceans. It frequents bays, estuaries, and tidal channels along the coast of Buenos Aires, such as Samborombón Bay and the San Blas area.
